The Sheraton Waterside is a great hotel and normally a relatively affordable prices. The only downside in my opinion is the parking situation at the hotel in comparison with other area properties.

The Sheraton Waterslide was unorganizied, from the moment I walked in the door to the day I left. When a conference has been scheduled a year in advanced, everything should be above and beyond perfect. There was nothing perfect about the stay from overbooking, to their jackhammaring sounds heard in the conference rooms, to rooms not cleaned, to having to have our room keys changed several times a day because they stop working in the doors, to having no clue as to billing--took 3 calls and 5 bills to get the room billing correct. Then they want to charge extra because there are two people in a room instead of one only because of their over booking and people being kind enough to move in with others to free up a room. I promise, I will be calling and talking to corporate Sheraton as soon as I am done this review and reporting this hotel and I will never ever stay at a sheraton after this trip!!!!!!Sheraton Waterslide is Very disorganized and I do not recommed this hotel to anyone at anytime. If I scored this hotel on a scale of 1-5 5 being the best it would be rated in the negative numbers. I suggest the Sheraton Corporation looks into how this hotel is dragging the name Sheraton through the mud.
